These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Natural Healing mobile application ("App") operated by One Bright Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Natural Healing is an educational app only. The content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any herbal remedy, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.
By accessing or using the Natural Healing app, you confirm that you are at least 12 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Creating an account and submitting community ratings or reviews require you to be at least 13 years of age.
Subject to these Terms, One Bright Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App works without an account. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional, and is required only for cloud sync across your devices, community ratings and reviews, and the cloud-assisted Herbalist.

You may delete your account at any time from the You tab in the App. Deletion removes your synced data and your community reviews from our servers. Data held only on your device is not affected — see our Privacy Policy for detail.
Natural Healing offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium content and the Herbalist. Current pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium content until then.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
All content within Natural Healing — including remedy descriptions, herb profiles, and health information — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Content is based on traditional use, historical practices, and available published research.
We make no representations or warranties that the information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Herbal remedies can interact with medications and may not be appropriate for all individuals. Results may vary.
Evidence ratings ("Strong", "Moderate", "Preliminary") describe our reading of the published research available to us at the time of writing. They are an editorial summary, not a clinical determination, and they are not a recommendation to use any remedy.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided in this App.
The Herbalist — comprising Symptom Advisor, Ask the Herbalist, and Remedy Plan — is a premium feature that generates responses from text you provide. On supported devices it runs entirely on your iPhone. On other devices we offer a cloud-assisted version, which requires an account and your consent before anything is sent.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Do not enter information about other people, or details you do not wish to submit, into the Herbalist.
You may rate herbs and remedies and submit a short written review ("User Content"). Submitting User Content requires a signed-in account and you must be at least 13 years old.
7.1 Your content is public. Your star rating, review text, and the display name shown on your review are visible to everyone using the App. Do not include anything you would not want published, and do not include personal medical details you wish to keep private.
7.2 Licence you grant us. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant One Bright Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, publish, and display that content in the App and in materials promoting the App, for as long as you keep it published. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies retained in backups or where we must keep a record to comply with law or to enforce these Terms.
7.3 What you promise. You represent and warrant that your User Content is your own, that it reflects your genuine personal experience, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
7.4 What you must not submit. You agree not to submit User Content that:
7.5 Moderation. Submitted review text is screened automatically before publication, and may be rejected. Any user can report a review, and reviews that attract several reports are hidden automatically pending review. You can block another contributor so that you no longer see their content. We may remove User Content, refuse to publish it, or restrict or terminate an account, at our discretion and without prior notice, where we consider these Terms to have been breached.
7.6 We do not endorse User Content. Reviews are the personal opinions and experiences of individual users. They are not our views, they are not verified for accuracy, and they are not medical advice. One person's reported experience of a remedy is not evidence that it is safe or effective for you. We are not liable for User Content submitted by others, or for any decision you make in reliance on it.
7.7 Removing your content. You can replace your own rating or review at any time in the App, and deleting your account removes your reviews from our servers.
The App and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, logos, and software, are the property of One Bright Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in or to our intellectual property other than the limited license described in Section 2. User Content is dealt with in Section 7.
You agree not to use the App to:
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple Inc. Your use of the App Store is subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Authentication, cloud storage, and the cloud-assisted Herbalist rely on service providers identified in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are between you and One Bright Studio only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, that automatically generated responses will be accurate, or that User Content submitted by others will be accurate or appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Bright Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any content within it, including health decisions made based on information in the App, on automatically generated responses from the Herbalist, or on User Content submitted by other users.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period, if any.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Bright Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, any User Content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, your account, or your ability to submit User Content, at our sole discretion and without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
You may end these Terms at any time by deleting your account and removing the App from your devices. Sections 7.2, 8, 14, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which One Bright Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
